Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and Alka Vietnam Trading and Services Joint Stock Company (“GOVN”, “we”), operator of govn.vn, the GOVN app and related services (the “Platform”).

GOVN provides discovery tools, AI itinerary planning, community content and connections to travel providers. Service-specific conditions shown at each service form part of this agreement.

You must have appropriate legal capacity. Minors may use the Platform only with consent and supervision required by law. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.

If you disagree, stop using the Platform. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

• Provide accurate, current information and do not impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts.
• Protect credentials, devices and verification codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for account activity except where caused by GOVN or otherwise provided by law.
• GOVN may verify identity or business details to protect transactions, the community and legal compliance.

Unless a service page identifies GOVN as the direct provider, GOVN acts as an intermediary. Partners are responsible for legality, quality, safety, prices, availability, licenses, invoices and delivery of their services.

Display, ranking, verification or labels are not absolute guarantees. GOVN provides information within its control and supports complaints as required by law; these Terms do not exclude GOVN’s legal responsibility.

Before confirmation, review descriptions, total prices, taxes and fees, age or document requirements, cancellation, change, refund and partner policies. The service contract is with the party identified at confirmation.

Prices and availability may change until confirmed. Licensed intermediaries may process payments. GOVN never asks for passwords, PINs or OTPs by message. Obvious pricing errors are handled according to law and consumer rights.

Cancellation, change and refund conditions are disclosed before purchase and depend on the service, partner and request time. Nothing limits statutory cancellation, refund, compensation or other protected rights.

For issues, use the Contact page and provide the booking code and evidence. GOVN will receive and route the request and respond within legal or published periods.

AI results are for reference and may be incomplete or outdated. Verify prices, schedules, weather, health, visas, local rules and safety before deciding.

AI does not replace medical, legal, financial or safety advice or official guidance. GOVN works to improve accuracy but cannot guarantee suitability for every situation.

You retain rights in lawful content you create. When posting publicly, you grant GOVN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license while the content remains available to host, technically copy, display, distribute and format it to operate and promote the Platform, subject to privacy settings and law.

You must have rights to post and respect privacy, image and intellectual-property rights. GOVN may remove or restrict violations and preserve evidence, with an appeal mechanism where appropriate.

• Illegal acts, fraud, impersonation, harassment, child harm, hate or infringement of others’ rights.
• Malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing access controls, automated scanning, overload or interference.
• Unlawful data collection, bots, scraping or using GOVN content to train other systems without approval.
• Manipulating reviews, rankings, engagement, promotions or transactions, evading fees or fraudulently moving transactions off-platform.

GOVN marks, software, designs, databases, editorial content and GOVN-created assets belong to GOVN or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for lawful personal use.

Send infringement notices to admin@govn.vn with the rights holder, work, content location, grounds and contact details.

You may stop using or request account closure. GOVN may warn, restrict or terminate where reasonably based on violations, safety or fraud risks, legal requirements or service closure. Unless urgent, GOVN will give notice and a suitable opportunity to respond.

Each party is responsible for direct damage caused by its fault or breach. To the extent allowed by law, GOVN is not liable for force majeure, interruptions outside reasonable control, or independent partner or user conduct not caused by GOVN where GOVN fulfilled its platform duties.

Nothing excludes liability for life or health, intentional misconduct or fraud, data obligations, consumer rights or liability that law does not permit to be limited.

Vietnamese law governs these Terms. Parties should first seek negotiation or mediation. Consumers may contact consumer-protection authorities or bring proceedings before a competent authority; no provision removes those mandatory rights.

GOVN may update these Terms for changes in law, services or safety. Material changes receive reasonable advance notice unless law or urgent risks require otherwise. The version and effective date are published here.
